Dr. Mia Karam is the best! Our 8 year old needed an expander and she was extremely anxious about the process. Dr. Karam hits the perfect note between being super relatable to the kids, fun and lighthearted and very professional - explaining clearly to both the parent and the child her assessment and plan of action in a way that feels collaborative.
