We have had the best experience with Dr. Karam and Family Orthodontics. My daughter is very sensitive and has anxiety around doctors. Dr. Karam and her team took care of my daughter with patience and caring. Their care is top of the line; my daughter’s palate was narrow and overcrowded and now her teeth are beautiful and I don’t have to worry about potential complications in the future bc of her bite. We love manhattan orthodontics and couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I had a great experience with Dr. Mia Karam and her staff. They were attentive, patient, and very flexible throughout my treatment. I had InBrace lingual braces for over a year, and the team was always supportive and responsive at every step. I highly recommend them.

Do you ever wish you could go back in time? Just far enough to redo your dental experience. That’s exactly how I feel about my experience here in my 40's.

It’s honestly hard to single out just one person because every single team member gives 110%, and they somehow manage to do it with real genuine smiles, not the forced kind. You walk in smiling, and you leave thinking, “Well… that was actually pleasant. When do I come back?” Which is not a thought you expect to have about orthodontic appointments.

Everything runs professionally and thoughtfully, with a clear plan and timeline so you always know what’s happening and why. The clinic is fully equipped with the latest technology, and for those of us who aren’t teenagers anymore and may have more “complex” situations, they don’t just wing it. They refer and work with the right specialists to make sure the end result is done right with the full attention your mouth needs.

Speaking of results...I love mine!! I now look for reasons to laugh and smile more, just to show them off. If you’re on the fence, don’t be, SERIOUSLY. This is one of those rare experiences that you'll leave feeling part of a family.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Dr. Togias! My son Brian has been a patient since 2019, starting with an expander and then braces, and he is now finished with braces and wearing retainers. From start to finish, Dr. Togias and the entire staff have been amazing—professional, patient, and incredibly caring. They always took the time to explain everything and made my son feel comfortable at every visit. The office is well run, appointments are efficient, and the results are outstanding. If you’re going to trust someone with your smile, make sure she’s more of a perfectionist than you are - enter Dr. Mia Karam. Her professionalism and attention to detail didn’t just meet my orthodontic goals, they completely surpassed them. On top of that, she is such a kind person that really cares about each patient. Putting health first, she will never try to talk you into anything that could jeopardize function for form.

The entire staff is absolutely wonderful—kind, welcoming, and impressively professional. They somehow make orthodontic appointments something to look forward to. Every visit was enjoyable, seamless, and I always felt in the very best hands.

Going back to an orthodontist as an adult might sound like a step backward, but this experience felt like a total glow-up. Truly a rejuvenating journey with an exceptional team. Highly recommend! ✨
