Joanna
Financial Manager
From one big city to the next, Joanna originates from Shanghai, China, and moved to NYC as an early teen. As someone who always had a knack for fine details, she found herself working for dental practices that allowed her to find her passion in the profession. While helping patients understand their accounts better, Joanna found that her knack for fine detail yet again found a new place in the dental profession as a Financial Coordinator. With Joanna as your FC, she will deliver impressionable relationships while assisting you in ensuring financial wellness and clarity on personal and insurance accounts. When Joanna isn't with the team, she is relaxing with her family and new Corgi.
Gio
Orthodontic Supportive Specialist
Born in the European country of Georgia, Gio was made for healthcare. With a doctor as a grandfather, there was no limit to the playground of opportunity he had. Gio later became an honors graduate of Georgian State Medical University. With a medical background, his interest in dentistry peaked. The care, attention, and relationship-building of orthodontics eventually won Gio's choice of career. Feel free to have a chat with Gio in his fluent languages of Georgian, Russian, and of course English, or allow him to work on his German or Portuguese with you.

Treatment Coordinator
The thorough explanations and clear details provided by our treatment coordinator are a reflection of the care and dedication expected from an exceptional mother of three children and her beloved paw baby, Bowser. A proud native of New York City, Smaily brings a sharp eye for personalized care to our team. In addition to working closely with our orthodontists to create tailored treatment plans for each patient, she enjoys spending quality time with her children, reading in her spare time, and indulging in a bit of shopping.
Alisha
Patient Coordinator
Though born in Guyana, Alisha considers herself a true Queens New Yorker. At 18, she started her journey in the dental field as a certified dental assistant and enjoyed working with patients and helping them achieve a better smile.
Finding her strength in dental administration, she shifted to helping patients understand their treatment and orthodontic investment. Talk about Superwoman: Alisha is a full-time working mom and student who loves fashion and healthy eating.
Fonsi
Clinical Director
Fonsi is originally from the Dominican Republic and is a dedicated, CPR-trained orthodontic assistant. Her sincere dedication and experience bring a lot to our practice.
Fonsi believes the greatest part of her job is seeing patients' satisfaction when their treatment is complete. Aside from making sure patients are always smiling, Fonsi works hard to maintain an even bigger smile on her daughter.
Ellie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Eleanor “Ellie” is a Manhattan native, born and raised in the heart of Chinatown. She started her orthodontic career as an assistant with Dr. Elliott Moskowitz after completing her orthodontic treatment as a teen.
Seeing room for growth in dentistry, Ellie became a registered dental hygienist (RDH) with general dentists for 13 years before returning to her primary interest in orthodontics. Ellie’s passion and goal is to guide patients through the orthodontic world while maintaining excellent oral hygiene during and after corrective treatment. It’s safe to say that Ellie looks forward to a beautiful, healthy smile that places an even bigger smile on her face.
Angela
Orthodontic Assistant
Angela is originally from Colombia. What she loves most about her role on the team is the ability to build relationships with patients and help them view orthodontic treatment in a positive way. A great smile at the end of an appointment is her goal. In her free time, Angie is an active member of her church and an outreach volunteer.
Jennifer
Orthodontic Assistant
Born and raised in Lower Manhattan, Jenny is an experienced orthodontic assistant and dental hygienist in training. She enjoys working with kids and helping them progress (while having fun) throughout their treatment. The kid that makes her smile the most is her son Jay. Jenny is a big-time “foodie” and loves making people try unheard-of snacks.
Oscar
Patient & Treatment Coordinator
Oscar joined our office in 2023. He’s friendly, positive, and cares about helping people, which makes him a great part of our team. His family is Dominican, and he has a degree in Criminal Justice from the Borough of Manhattan Community College.
Oscar helps patients start their journey to a better smile. He enjoys getting to know everyone and building relationships where you are professional and fun. Oscar loves talking, joking, and sharing stories, making every visit easy and comfortable.
When he’s not at work, Oscar likes to watch exciting TV shows—especially ones with suspense, supernatural events, or big surprises.
Lili
Orthodontic Assistant
Lili joined our team in 2024. She has nearly a decade of orthodontic experience and a caring, upbeat attitude. Lili graduated from the New York School for Medical & Dental in 2017.
Lili loves watching her patients grow—from feeling unsure at the beginning of treatment to confident and proud by the end. She's known for being easy to talk to, understanding, and someone patients can relate to.
Born and raised in Queens, Lili is proudly Mexican and brings positive energy to the office. When she's not helping patients, she loves dancing to have fun and express herself.
Adriana
Orthodontic Assistant
Adriana joined our team in 2024 and brings kindness, skill, and a warm smile to every patient she meets. She graduated as a dentist in Ecuador in 2019 and now loves being part of a team that helps people feel proud of their smiles.
Originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, Adriana is known for her positive attitude and caring nature. She helps make every visit feel welcoming and comfortable for our patients.
Family means everything to Adriana, and she’s grateful for their constant support. In her free time, she enjoys reading a good book or dancing to her favorite music.
