Your First Visit
Your first appointment is very important. It will help us assess your condition as well as provide a forum for discussing your needs. What should you expect? A thoughtful, humanizing experience that leads to an intelligent course of treatment and a beautiful smile. In this one hour visit, we can schedule or take the initial records.
Records Visit
During this visit, we will perform an oral examination and take a series of diagnostics such as digital radiographs and photographs of your jaws and teeth and digital impressions. These records will help us diagnose any orthodontic issues and lead us into a discussion about treatment options. Ask us anything and everything you can think of. That way, we will be able to create an appropriate treatment plan commensurate with – and likely to exceed – your expectations.
Presentation Meeting
This visit follows records by several weeks. During this meeting all records are reviewed and a final plan is made for all future appointments.
We believe that orthodontic treatment is an investment in your health and well-being and we offer several payment methods to help accommodate individual budgets. Our hope is to offer treatment to anyone seeking care. We are pleased to offer interest-free monthly installment plans and we also accept all major credit cards: Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover® or American Express®.
PAYMENT IN FULL:
If you are able to pay for the course of treatment in full at its inception, we will extend a 5% bookkeeping courtesy.
INSURANCE / FLEXIBLE SPENDING PROGRAMS
While we don’t directly participate in insurance programs, we are happy to provide patients with appropriate documentation and properly coded forms to help you maximize your benefits
